At Envy Room, our goal is to provide our guests with the highest quality service in a timely manner.

In order to achieve this, we have implemented the following policies:

DEPOSIT POLICY

To provide our guests with the highest quality of service, we require deposits to secure your appointment. The deposit may be paid by Credit Card over the phone or Credit Card, EFTPOS, Paypal or Cash in the salon and is held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment.

  1. A $30 deposit is required for anyone booked in for more than 1/2 hour service.
  2. A $50 deposit is required for anyone booked in for more than 1 hour service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Envy Room we reserved your appointments especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice of cancellations or reschedules.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if:

  1. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  2. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  3. Drastic appointment changes on the services you are booked in for; you will need to let us know 48 hours prior to your appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  4. Appointments made within the 48 hour period and need to cancel/re-schedule, the guest then must cancel/reschedule within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as assisting our team members to manage their schedules effectively, thus providing better service to all our guests.

 

REMINDER SERVICE

We offer an email/SMS reminder service which will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

 

APPOINTMENT TIMES

You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another appointment.

 

OUR GUARANTEE

At Envy Room we will always perform a thorough professional consultation prior to your service. However, if the final result does not present as you discussed, we are more than happy to rectify it at no extra charge.

Envy Room allows 5 business day for you to return with undesired results. If you are unhappy with the final result by choice, Envy Room will re-work at the usual pricing rates.
